Our Simple Process

STEP 1: DISCOVERY CONSULTATION

Our first step when you hire us to create your videos is a discovery consultation. We sit down with you to learn about your business, your goals and determine how video marketing can help you reach those goals.

We discuss your current situation with digital video marketing and your vision of what you want it to be. Your videos could be about a range of subjects from new products or services, company culture, behind the scenes, customer testimonials, and the list goes on.

STEP 2: CAMPAIGN DEVELOPMENT

After we determine your video needs and agree on goals and milestones, we develop a video campaign that best suits your needs. Our campaigns run on a 3, 6, and 12 month timeline depending on your goals and budget.

We schedule production days and develop scripts and shot lists to make the most effective use of your time during production days.

STEP 3: PRODUCTION

This is the time when we gather all the content needed to create your videos. With our digital marketing campaigns, you are allotted one 3 hour production session per month. This can be on-location, in studio, or a combination of the two.

We can also create graphics-only videos with soundtracks and voice-overs if this is best suited to your needs. Production days will require some coordination on your part, but we do our best to not interfere with your schedule or your business operations.

STEP 4: POST-PRODUCTION

Once we have created and gathered the required content, we start editing and putting your videos together to create 4 distinct videos every month. The videos will be between 30 seconds and 2 minutes in length and should be shared to your social media accounts each week.

These videos will be designed to increase your digital footprint and meet the goals we developed during the discovery consultation.

STEP 5: REVIEW

Each month we will schedule a quick review with you to evaluate the videos we have created and make adjustments as necessary. Our goal is to be as flexible as possible and adapt to the ever-changing needs of your business.
